Johns Hopkins Club House

Project Overview

Indoors, all lights were relamped, light switches made fully functional, and fan coolers were maintained to run at full capacity. We soft-cleaned all carpets, made the bathrooms fully functional by deep cleaning and replacing all toilets, replaced broken window glass, removed large kitchen appliances, and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen. Exhaust fans were removed to prevent leaks, walls were repainted, rough edges were caulked and smoothed, a ramp was built for easy room transition, rooftop units were repaired, LVT flooring and carpets were installed in selected rooms, and door knobs were replaced as needed. Externally, we completed the ramp, removed shutters, and modified a door to ensure ADA accessibility.
