First, the design of two playgrounds, one for 5-12 age group and the other for ECE students, along with site, landscaping, and drainage improvements. The design complied with the standards set forth by DGS/DCPS, and was vetted and approved by these entities prior to implementation. Second, the installation of two new playgrounds with the required surfacing and any new site, landscaping, and drainage improvements, as per the approved design. Finally, the design of the replacement and expansion of the existing field, with the goal of meeting current needs while also considering the potential for future expansion or upgrades.
