The renovation of the 2nd District Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) headquarters involved a comprehensive, multi-phase interior renovation of the facility located at 300 Indiana Ave NW, Washington, DC. The scope of work included the reconfiguration of office spaces, construction of new sergeant offices, a roll call room, report writing room, gym space, and locker rooms. The project also encompassed complete bathroom renovations for both men’s and women’s facilities, installation of new lockers, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), as well as electrical and data infrastructure upgrades throughout the building.
