The interior renovation of the main entry lobby, an adjacent classroom space, a portion of the circulation corridor and the administrative suite to provide a new secure vestibule and entry access sequence. The renovations include additions and alterations to the mechanical, electrical power, electrical lighting, plumbing, life-safety, low-voltage, security, and fire alarm systems. There will be demolition, alteration, and replacement of interior architectural walls, doors, ceilings, floors, and finishes, as well as limited modifications to structural and roofing systems to support the architectural and engineering systems scopes of work.
