We are thrilled to announce that WKM Solutions has been awarded the contract for the Design-Build for William H. Rumsey Aquatics Center Modernization in Washington, D.C., together with our JV HESS and iStudio Architects, we will start the conceptual design from now to December 2024 and then Schematic Design, Design Development and Permit Construction Documents by the end of June 2025 and start construction Summer 2025 with substantial completion Summer 2027 and Final completion Fall 2027.
