Scope of Work. The Contractor shall provide all design, construction administration, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to develop stamped, permittable construction documents, acquire permits, and construct per the approved documents a replacement Early Childhood Education (ECE) playground and, subject to available funding, a replacement ages 5-12 playground, replacement court, and miscellaneous upgrades at Drew Elementary School (located at 540 55th St NE, Washington, DC 20019)
