Contractor shall provide all design-build services to design and construct the following scope of work at the existing Malcolm X Recreation Field and Courts.
The project consists of the renovation of the existing Malcolm X Recreation Field and Courts. The contractor will upgrade the existing grassy playing field and basketball courts. The scope of the project will include new sod, along with improvements to the fencing for the grass field, as well as changes to the playing surfaces and equipment for the two basketball courts. Changes to improve the current configuration, drainage and access are also required. Durability and ease of future maintenance shall be considered in the design and provision of equipment and accessories.
