a) Upgrade and centralize access control (ACS) and intrusion detection (IDS) systems at various schools. b) The scope of this project is to replace and/or install electronic access control systems and intrusion detection systems across all schools in order to consolidate under one platform for each system. c) For the ACS, the requirement is for one common management platform, accessible via web browser. All schools must be built out within the management platform with floorplans showing ACS points and their status. d) For the IDS, the requirement is for one common management platform, accessible via web browser, that reports on system status and troubles, allows for remote arming/disarming, allows for remote programming reports on zone status and can be integrated with 3rd party platforms. Additionally, each end point must be a separate zone within each system/school. e) All work shall be performed during non-school hours.
