Description
1. Install covered walkways to connect existing modular buildings to the main building; Remove parking islands, curbs, and planting to allow for installation of walkway connectors and to allow for vehicle passage.
2. Provide new wall mounted lighting (5 total) with all necessary electrical wiring on existing building as shown below.
3. Provide retaining wall to match existing; see below for approx. location. Provide all relevant drawings as required to retain a construction permit. It is anticipated that dowel/epoxy detail for where new footing meets existing, and where new wall meets existing.
4. Install new electronic access system to replacement the existing system. Existing card readers to be reused. (Basis of Design – RS2 Electronic Access System)
