Description
Scope of Services. WKM SOLUTIONS LLC agrees to furnish all
labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to provide design build
services and replacement of the UDC gym flooring in UDC building 47 as described in
Request for Proposals No. GF- 2019-R-0030, and the Contractors technical and price
proposals submitted in response to Request for Proposals number GF-2019-R-0030.),
each of which is incorporated and made a part of this Contract.
