Design and construction of a three-stop ADA-compliant elevator, seamlessly integrated with the existing structure to support movement of students, staff, and medical equipment. Replacement of the building's water heater system. Installation of an underground stormwater management system to improve drainage and protect the site from flooding. Full integration of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), low voltage, and a newly upgraded fire alarm system. The elevator was constructed as a new addition connecting the old and new school wings through a dedicated passageway designed with both practicality and compliance in mind.
