Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, including project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, and construction management. They will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction. The Construction Project Manager will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Experience in the construction industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
