Superintendent

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent at WKM Solutions, LLC. located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining quality standards. The Superintendent will also be responsible for maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Proficient in Procore project management software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• OSHA certification (preferred)
