Assistant Superintendent

Role Description

The Assistant Superintendent is a full-time on-site role located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Assistant Superintendent will assist the Superintendent with daily operations on the construction site, including coordinating with subcontractors, schedule management, quality control, and safety management. The Assistant Superintendent must have excellent communication skills and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry and understanding of construction processes and terminology.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Knowledge of safety regulations and safety management procedures.
