The Contractor shall provide all necessary Labor, Supervision, materials, and equipment to complete the scope of work ("SOW') to deliver a fully complete and a fully functioning project in accordance with the SOW as set forth in (Exhibit A) and the Contractor's proposal as set forth in (Exhibit B) for Various Schools- Loads of Love Grant Support space ("Project").
